Comfort Inn & Suites, Odessa I-20

The location is perfect. It's within a few miles of all the shopping spots needed. The breakfast has a choice of hot breakfast or cold (cereal, pastries, etc) along with juices, milk, water, and hot coffee 24/7. The service is top notch! Thank you to the ladies who helped me carry breakfast upstairs since no trays were available. Y'all are the prime example of great hospitality. We arrived late night/early morning so I was grabbing breakfast while the hubby slept. The bed was very comfortable. The room was super clean.

Very welcoming staff and clean, spacious rooms. They honored my request for a first-floor room, which I appreciated. I’ll be back next time I visit Odessa!

Very professional and friendly staff. The ladies that clean the rooms work really hard. Because the rooms are spotless and thoroughly cleaned. And definitely no bugs! The continental breakfast was really good. And let me not forget how comfortable that bed was!! Our one night stay here will always keep us coming back to this location. My husband is a truck driver and when in Odessa we will always stay here.

Stayed here for 1 night with family. Rooms were ok, could use update, more amenities like hygiene items. front desk staff was friendly. Pool was closed for the season though, it the middle of summer and over 100 degrees outside.

The room was extremely clean each night I came back from work. I noticed the hall floor seemed to somewhat "cave" in the middle all the way down the hall, not sure if that is normal. The room could use some repair, the whole wall tile covering had torn and pulled away but no major complaints just some cosmetic repairs. I stayed the week alone and felt very safe. Front desk people were very helpful and kind. Great location as it was closest to where I was working. Only "complaint" I guess I could have is that the don't serve breakfast early enough for those if us having to be at work at 6 and it closed earlier than it says they're supposed to on the only day I could actually eat breakfast there. No big deal though.

All was good until I had to pay an early entrance fee that I was never told about when I made my reservation. The room was ready and nobody was occupying it. I arrived two hours early, and they wanted me to pay up a certain amount to enter the room. After 10+ hours on the road, all I wanted to do was lie down and relax, so I had no choice but to proceed with paying my early entrance fee. I couldn't get my deposit back, and the reason I chose this hotel was because it was the most affordable out of all the local ones "western Inn, holiday Inn, hilton, la Quinta" But after the early entrance fee, the room ended up being more expensive than the ones I initially avoided getting. The stay, though, it was decent. Clean room and everything worked as it should've. The breakfast was simple, but fine. Just wished they could've told me about that Fee.
